ANTIQUE BOTTLE SHOW!
This is your invitation to join us for the 2010 Columbus
Antique Bottle Show held at the
Rhodes Center, Ohio State Fairgrounds, 17th Avenue at I-71, on
Saturday, February 20, 2010.
I am sure those of you who were with us over the past years at the
Rhodes Center found the lighting
was excellent with lots of aisle space and lots of room behind the
tables.
This year we will again use the COMFORT INN for our main motel.
These are excellent
accomodations. The negotiated rate will be 59.95 single or double
occupancy. Call the motel at
614.885.4084 and be sure to mention that you are with the Antique Bottle Show to
receive the
special rate.Cut off date will be January 20, 2010 for this
special rate. Be sure to make your
reservations early.
We will again have our fine hospitality suite on Friday, the 19th, from
7-10 pm at the Comfort Inn.
Good food, drinks and friends. And, again this year,
a
special best of the show and sale dealer preview
during the hospitality. Details will be forthcoming in your
confirmation letter!

Sales tables rules:
- Dealers may put merchandise under their sales table between
6 am and 6:45 am on Saturday.
- Sales tables must be set up between 7 and 9 am on Saturday.
- Sales tables must remain set up until 2:30.
- All merchandise must be visibly priced and repairs and
reproductions must be so marked.
- NO RADIATED BOTTLES OR JARS may be sold.
- You must supply your own table covers.
- Only two name tags per contract will be furnished and they
must be worn during detup and show hours.
Table Availability:
- Table Size is 8' by 30" only.
- Price - $30.00 for the first table. Additional tables,
25.00 each.
- Tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
- All tables will be confirmed by mail.
- As the fair board insists on a 30.00 charge for each
electrical hook-up, I suggest making
Table Payment:
- Full payment must be sent in with your contract.
- Cancellation with full refund will be accepted until
February 1, 2010.
- Make checks and money orders payable to Joe Hardin.
