ANTIQUE BOTTLE SHOW!
This is your invitation to join us for the 2010 Columbus Antique Bottle Show held at the
Rhodes Center, Ohio State Fairgrounds, 17th Avenue at I-71, on Saturday, February 18, 2011.
Let's start 2012 off right by attending the First Great Bottle Show of the Year!

Sales tables rules:
- Dealers may put merchandise under their sales table between 6 am and 6:45 am on Saturday.
- Sales tables must be set up between 7 and 9 am on Saturday.
- Sales tables must remain set up until 3:00.
- All merchandise must be visibly priced and repairs and reproductions must be so marked.
- You must supply your own table covers.
- Only two name tags per contract will be furnished and they must be worn during detup and show hours.
Table Availability:
- Table Size is 8' by 30" only.
- Price - $35.00 for the first table. Additional tables, 30.00 each.
- Tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
- All tables will be confirmed by mail.
- As the fair board insists on a 30.00 charge for each electrical hook-up, I suggest making other arrangements.
Table Payment:
- Full payment must be sent in with your contract.
- Cancellation with full refund will be accepted until February 2, 2012.
- Make checks and money orders payable to Joe Hardin.

this sales contract for the 2012 Columbus, Ohio Antique Bottle Show and Sale to be held
at the Ohio State Fairgrounds in Columbus, Ohio on February 18, 2012.
Liability: The Dealer agrees to hold Joe Hardin and/or show committee harmless from
any loss or damage to the dealer's property by theft and or accidental causes.
Furthermore, the dealer agrees to releasethe aforementioned parties from bodily or personal
injury to the dealer, member of his/her family, employees or agents.
